Located in Elmina Green 3, Shah Alam, a development by Sime Darby, this home is designed with a warm, minimalistic approach defined by clean lines and a consistent use of wood tones throughout the space.

One of the key challenges was the relatively low slab and beam levels, which required careful spatial planning.

Instead of concealing the beams entirely, they were thoughtfully integrated into the design, allowing them to become part of the visual language while maintaining a comfortable ceiling height and spatial openness.
